Herstructureringsmaatschappij Bedrijventerreinen Overijssel (HMO), together with municipalities and entrepreneurs, revitalises industrial estates, office locations and inner cities in Overijssel. HMO was founded in 2009 by the province of Overijssel to fulfil this booster role. The Province of Overijssel regards the High-Tech Systems Park as one of the four top locations in Twente that are needed in the further positioning of Twente as a specialized High-Tech Systems & Materials region. At the start of 2015, the Province of Overijssel decided to stimulate the further development of the High-Tech Systems Park by employing HMO. They are actively involved in the development of Gebouw N within this project.
The rooms to be rented are in the basement, ground floor and the first floor.
As a tenant of Gebouw N, the collaboration is also stimulated by:
- Sharing facilities such as informal meeting places in the building / joint pantries
- The presence and possible use of the facilities and the programme that the garden offers
- Possible joint central services
